Stacking the Shelves is a meme hosted by Tynga’s Reviews where book bloggers share their weekly bookhaul.
Special thanks to Willa from Lit Up Review for giving me her ARC of Right of Way and the wonderful team at Scholastic for the copy of Openly Straight.
I went to the library this week and only checked out ten books!
The Shade of the Moon by Susan Beth Pfeffer
Fire with Fire by Jenny Han and Siobhan Vivian
Aristotle and Dante Discover the Secrets of the Universe by Benjamin Alire Sáenz
Mister Death’s Blue-Eyed Girls by Mary Downing Hahn
The Girl of Fire and Thorns by Rae Carson
Smart Girls Get What They Want by Sarah Strohmeyer
Catching Jordan by Miranda Kenneally
Stealing Parker by Miranda Kenneally
And then I bought myself a few books too because I figured I didn’t have enough to read.
Things I Can’t Forget by Miranda Kenneally
Racing Savannah by Miranda Kenneally
What lovely books did you get this week? Let me know!

You know you’re a serious reader when you say, “I only checked out ten books!” xD I’ve seen Openly Straight at the bookstore before, but never really looked at it. I hope you enjoy it! And maybe your review will convince me lol

Haha, I guess that is pretty true! 😀 Oh, by the way, I hope to be giving away a copy of Openly Straight sometime soon since I have an extra copy. It’s just a matter of finding out how to give it away since I can’t have a Rafflecopter form on my site. It’s pretty witty and great so far.

Loved the Girl of Fire and Thorns, and surprisingly enjoyed Catching Jordan and Stealing Parker, since those aren’t typically the kind of books I read. Hope you enjoy!

This was the second time I tried to read The Girl of Fire and Thorns, and I ended up liking it much better this time. Now, I am reading its sequel that I got today. I liked Catching Jordan and really enjoyed Stealing Parker. They aren’t books I would normally read either, but I was pleasantly surprised. Thanks!

Eek I love your library! It has quite a lot of books which are on my wishlist! I’ve been wanting to read Cinder and Hundred Oaks series. Smart Girls Get What They Want seems like a fun contemporary too. Hopefully you’ll enjoy them. I’m looking forward to your reviews!:D

I wish you could have access to my library! The books are a mix of my public and school library, as well as the e-book copies I got from the library. I enjoyed the Hundred Oaks series so much more than I thought I would. I’ve read Cinder before, but I figured it wouldn’t hurt to re-read it. 🙂
